Tamil Ilayathalapathi Vijay-starrer ‘Kaththi’ made a stupendous success in Tamil. It created a record in Tamil Nadu by becoming the highest day one grosser, by minting over Rs.23 crore on the opening day at the worldwide box office.
The movie has crossed another milestone now. Kaththi
has collected a record share of Rs.100 crores in its 12 day run. It is expected
to cross the collections of Vijay’s previous film “Thuppakki”, which is more
than 100 crore.
Director AR Murugadoss confirmed it officially
stating, ‘Kaththi hits Rs.100 crores in 12 days, still going strong. The movie
collected a total of Rs.100.7 cr. including India 80.5 crore and Overseas 20.2
crore. Thanks to all audience and media.
However, Kaththi Telugu dubbing version is slated
