Thalaiva Vijay’s 'Kaththi' first day collection details

Despite all controversies and obstacles, Vijay’s 'Kaththi' has climbed all odds to receive a resounding opening all over India. The movie has already cashed in 16 crores across India (includes Tamil Nadu) thanks to the festive season, 'Kaththi' has a decent occupancy all over.

In Tamil Nadu alone the first day collection has grossed 12.5 crores roughly, and among the neighboring states Kerala has minted 1.75 crore owing to the strong fan base Vijay has. Karnataka grossed 1.5 crore and the rest of the country took home around 25 Lakhs.

As the film moves towards the weekend, it will be interesting to see how much the movie has gone through BO.
